Information you submit

Our enquiry form asks for your name, a way to contact you, and details about your project. You may also provide a service and neighbourhood or community. We use these details to respond, discuss the work, and prepare the next steps for your enquiry. Please do not include payment details or other sensitive information in the form.

How enquiries are delivered

The form sends your enquiry to Gencon by email through our email provider. The website does not maintain a separate database of form submissions. Your email may be retained in the business mailbox for enquiry and project administration. Website hosting and email services may process technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Campaign information

If you arrive through a tagged advertising link, the website may keep campaign labels, an advertising click identifier, and the landing-page path in your browser’s session storage. That information can accompany an enquiry so we can understand which campaign prompted it. Session storage is limited to that browser session. This version of the website does not load a third-party advertising or analytics tracking script.

Security and your choices

The form uses input validation, spam checks, and request limits. Technical request information may be used to protect it from abuse. You may contact us by phone or email instead of using the form.
